Digital Store Purchases

All purchases made in the 25schools digital store are for digital goods (study materials, resources, premium features). Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are generally final.

Eligible Refund Cases

  • The purchased item was not delivered or is inaccessible due to a platform error
  • The item was materially different from its description
  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error

Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by emailing 25schoolsinfo@gmail.com with your order reference and reason. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that have been fully downloaded or accessed
  • Subscription fees for time periods already used
  • Purchases made with platform reward points
