The cerebellar vermis is the midline structure connecting the two hemispheres. Key parts include the lingula, central lobule, culmen, declive, folium, tuber, pyramid, uvula, and nodule. The tonsil is a hemisphere structure (part of the posterior lobe) and is not considered part of the vermis.
