Felbamate, an anticonvulsant, is associated with a significant risk of aplastic anemia and liver failure, leading to its restricted use. Valproate can cause thrombocytopenia and other hematologic issues, but aplastic anemia is very rare. Vigabatrin and Clonazepam are not typically associated with aplastic anemia.
