Paracetamol is the safest choice. The patient has a history of hypersensitivity to an NSAID (naproxen), so other NSAIDs should be avoided. G6PD deficiency is a relative contraindication to some drugs that cause oxidative stress (like certain antibiotics and aspirin in high doses), but paracetamol is safe at therapeutic doses. For bone pain, opioids or adjuvants might be needed, but among the options, paracetamol is the most appropriate non-NSAID analgesic.
