Cosmetology – Nail Care

Learners will apply skills in nail care by discussing nail anatomy, identifying nail disorders (fungal infections, trauma, ingrown nails, biting), developing treatments, performing basic manicure and pedicure, demonstrating shaping, cuticle care, polish application, and applying nail tips or overlays. This topic advances practical cosmetology skills, aligning with CBC. It prepares students for ECZ practical exams on nail services and for providing nail‑care treatments in Zambian salons or beauty businesses.
