Immunity
Learners will relate immunity to disease prevention by categorising types of immunity (natural/artificial, active/passive) and investigating factors that reduce or improve immunity. They will evaluate the importance of the immune system and demystify vaccinations. This topic is critical for ECZ questions on health, disease, and the body's defence mechanisms. It helps Zambian students understand public health concepts, such as immunisation programmes, and supports the CBC's goal of promoting health education and scientific literacy.
