Phone Conversations

This topic teaches the language and etiquette for making and receiving phone calls. Following the CBC's communicative approach, it develops practical skills for telephonic communication. This is relevant for ECZ oral skills evaluation and for everyday life in Zambia. Learners will practise opening, maintaining, and closing phone conversations professionally and politely.
