Q: Which function is NOT attributable to the spinal cord or lower brain?

Did You Know?

The pupillary light reflex causes constriction of the pupil via contraction of the sphincter pupillae muscle, which is innervated by parasympathetic fibers from the oculomotor nerve (CN III). Damage to this pathway (afferent or efferent) abolishes the light reflex.
