True. Antibodies in the Lutheran system (e.g., anti-Lua, anti-Lub) are uncommon. Anti-Lua is sometimes naturally occurring IgM and is rarely clinically significant. Anti-Lub is very rare and usually immune in origin (IgG); it has been reported to cause mild delayed HTRs and very mild HDN, but is not generally considered highly significant.
