A positive CAMP test indicates Streptococcus agalactiae (Group B Strep). It shows enhanced hemolysis in the shape of an arrowhead when grown near Staphylococcus aureus, due to synergistic action of their hemolysins (CAMP factor of S. agalactiae with S. aureus beta-hemolysin).
