Q: A team is a small number (5-15) of people with complementary skills who are committed to a common purpose, performance goals, and approach for which they hold themselves mutually accountable. In a team, the team members, leaders and managers take into consideration the feeling of other people before making decisions. Which component of emotional intelligence is utilized in this situation?

After patient antibodies (if present) bind to the HIV antigen on the solid phase, an enzyme-labeled anti-human immunoglobulin antibody (conjugate) is added. This conjugate binds specifically to the patient's antibodies that are attached to the antigen. The enzyme (e.g., horseradish peroxidase) is what will later produce a color change when substrate is added.
