Provincial Education Officers oversee many districts and hundreds of schools. 25schools gives PEOs one report for the whole province, built from the assessments schools run on the platform, so comparisons are current and consistent.
What the provincial report shows
- Province-wide figures: marked scripts, average score, pass rate and distinction rate.
- Schools ranked across the province by average score and pass rate.
- Subject and grade results, to spot subjects that are weak province-wide.
- Monthly trends over the last six months.
Filter and export
Filter by school, grade, subject and date range, and export the report as Excel, PDF, CSV, PowerPoint or JSON for provincial meetings and reports to the Ministry.
How to use it
- Start with subjects that are weak across the province. They point to training needs.
- Compare schools to find both those needing support and those whose practice others could learn from.
- Share the exported report with District Education Board Secretaries to agree priorities.
Why it helps
A province-wide picture that updates as schools mark turns provincial planning from a once-a-year exercise into a continuous one. It also helps districts learn from each other, using the same measures everywhere.
District offices have their own district reports, and the Ministry sees the national picture.
