Kiesselbach's plexus (or Little's area) is on the anterior inferior part of the nasal septum. Its contributing arteries are: 1. Anterior ethmoidal artery (from ophthalmic), 2. Posterior ethmoidal artery (from ophthalmic), 3. Sphenopalatine artery (from maxillary), 4. Septal branch of the superior labial artery (from facial). The lesser palatine artery supplies the soft palate, not the nasal septum.
