25Schools

For parents and guardians

Read your child's school report any time

When your child's school uses 25schools, you can open their school report from the parent portal and download it as a PDF, without waiting for report day.

If your child’s school uses 25schools, their marked tests and homework are recorded as the term goes on. As a linked parent, you can open their school report at any time, without waiting for the end of term.

What the school report shows

  • Results in each subject from the tests their teachers set and marked.
  • Pass or fail against the school’s own pass mark.
  • Their individual tests and marks, so you can see whether a low average comes from one bad test or a pattern.

Keep a copy

Download the report as a PDF to keep a record through the year, or to share with a sponsor or tutor. You can also download a PDF summary of your child’s revision progress.

How to get it

  1. Link to your child from the parent portal.
  2. Open your child’s page.
  3. Choose School report.

Why it helps

A school report once a term gives you one chance to react. Seeing results as they come in lets you talk to your child, or their teacher, while there is still time to turn a subject around.

Your child sees the same results, with advice on their weakest subject, in their own report card. Use it together: agree a study goal for the subject that needs work.

School results need your child’s school to use 25schools. Revision progress works for every linked child, whatever their school.
