For parents and guardians

Follow your child's revision progress from your phone

Link to your child's 25schools account to see points, accuracy, subjects and weekly trends, so you know how revision is going before the exams.

Report day often comes too late to help. With the 25schools parent portal you can see how your child’s revision is going every week, and step in while there is still time to make a difference.

What you can see

  • Points and accuracy: how much your child is revising and how many answers they get right.
  • Each subject, so you can see which ones are going well and which need support.
  • The weekly trend: is this week better than last?
  • Their ranking among learners across Zambia.
  • Every child you are linked to, each with their own page.

How to link to your child

  1. Create a free parent account.
  2. Ask your child for the link code on their 25schools account.
  3. Enter it in the parent portal and send a request.
  4. Once your child approves it, their progress appears in your portal.

Your child chooses to approve the link, so the arrangement is open and agreed on both sides.

Why it helps

Most parents only learn about a struggling subject when the term report arrives. Seeing revision week by week lets you notice early, ask the right question at dinner (“how is Chemistry going?”) and praise real effort, not just results.

More you can do

The free parent plan covers one child; paid plans cover more. See the plans page, or create a parent account.
