This skills-lab course provides in-depth training in evidence-based clinical interventions for individuals and families facing mental health challenges, relational conflict, or adjustment disorders. Modalities covered may include solution-focused brief therapy, narrative therapy, and family systems therapy, with adaptation for Zambian kinship structures and communication styles. This hands-on training is vital for future Clinical Social Workers serving as Marriage and Family Therapists, School Social Workers, or providers in community mental health programs funded by the Ministry of Health. 25schools enhances learning with session role-play scenarios, video demonstrations of micro-skills, and treatment manuals simplified for local contexts, giving students at UNZA and Mulungushi University practical confidence for both practicum placements and final examinations.
