See where your class is strong and where it needs help

Averages and pass rates by subject, your class's strongest and weakest subjects, and results for every assessment, updated as you mark.

Marks tell you how one learner did on one test. Analytics tell you how your class is doing overall, and where your next lesson should focus. On 25schools they update every time you mark.

What you see

  • Average score and pass rate by subject, against your school’s pass mark.
  • Your strongest and weakest subjects, named for you.
  • Your recent assessments, each with how many learners submitted and their average.
  • Totals: assessments set, submissions received, scripts marked and scripts waiting.

How to use it

  1. After a test is marked, open your analytics.
  2. Look at the subject or assessment with the lowest average.
  3. Check which questions most learners missed in the submissions.
  4. Reteach that part, then check again with a short exercise.

Why it helps

Teachers often sense that a class is struggling, but a clear number makes it certain, and makes it easy to explain to your head of department or a parent. It also shows you what is working, so you can do more of it.

Where the numbers come from

Everything comes from the assessments your learners take on 25schools and the marks you give, so there is nothing extra to enter. Head teachers see the same picture for the whole school in the school performance reports.
