How to get the most from a past paper
- Pick a paper you have not seen before.
- Sit it like the real exam: a quiet place, a timer, no notes.
- Mark it honestly with a marking guide or with your teacher.
- List the topics where you lost marks. Revise each one with the study notes and quizzes for that topic.
- A week later, try another paper and compare your score.
Why past papers matter
Knowing the content is only half of an exam. The other half is reading questions carefully, managing your time and writing answers the way examiners expect. Past papers train exactly that. They also calm nerves, because the real exam feels familiar.
