For head teachers

Run your school on 25schools

Set up your school, approve teachers and learners, assign teachers to subjects and classes, and manage terms and the pass mark in one place.

Running a school means keeping track of people, classes, assessments and results all at once. 25schools gives the head teacher one dashboard for all of it, and gives every teacher and learner the tools that connect to it.

What you can manage

  • Who joins. Teachers and learners ask to join your school; you approve or reject each request.
  • Grades, classes and subjects your school teaches.
  • Teacher assignments: who teaches which subject to which class, set one at a time or in bulk.
  • School settings: your pass mark, the current term and year, and whether assessments need your approval.
  • Learner transfers between schools.
  • An audit log of activity in the school.

How to get started

  1. Create a head teacher account and set up your school.
  2. Add your grades, classes and subjects.
  3. Invite your teachers and approve them as they join, then assign them to their subjects and classes.
  4. Learners join and choose their class; you approve them.

What your staff and learners get

Once your school is set up, your teachers can set online tests that mark themselves and post announcements, your learners take tests on their phones and get a report card, and parents can follow school results.

Keeping standards high

Why schools use it

Information that used to live in registers, mark books and spreadsheets ends up in one place that is always up to date. You spend less time collecting numbers and more time acting on them. To cover the whole school with one plan, see school bundles.
